Let me start off by saying, i have tried yoga multiple times before and could not stand it. The classes i previously took had extremely slow movements and heavy breathing (it’s cringy if you ask me). I felt that something a little more fast paced might be better for me.

I saw erica offered private sessions so i figured i would give it a shot. What’s the worst that could happen?

Erica was phenomenal from the start. She asked in depth questions to personalize the session for me. She focused on areas where i struggle and was always checking to make sure i was comfortable. If something didn’t feel right she had an alternative for everything. Same benefits, just a little less strain on my joints.

She’s amazing at explaining the poses and her knowledge is unmatched. I have a personal goal of learning one new fact everyday. Erica had so many cool facts about the history/meaning behind poses, chakras, etc. For me that mad it more enjoyable.

You can tell she cares and has a passion for this. It’s evident that she genuinely wants to help everyone of all shape sizes and abilities to enjoy yoga as much as she does.

I 100% would recommend Erica to anyone. Especially if you are just starting out or haven’t had a great previous experience with yoga.

Erica customizes every workout to meet my needs. She is excellent with the small muscles that I know very little about but she keeps me healthy and strong!! She is great for all levels!!
